Digital Isolators

Skyworks CMOS digital isolators are mixed-signal IC solutions that leverage Skyworks' superior isolation and high-voltage expertise to enhance power system performance, flexibility, and reliability while reducing system size and cost. The entire isolation portfolio supports isolation voltages up to 5kV. Skyworks Si84xx digital isolators are the industry's highest-performance, easiest-to-use, and lowest-cost line of 2.5kVrms to 5.0kVrms rated digital isolators. These digital isolators are 10 times more reliable than optocouplers. The Si86xx family is the industry's highest-performing, widest channel count series of unidirectional and bidirectional isolators supporting up to reinforced 5kVrms isolation ratings. Based on pCMOS isolation technology, Si86xx isolators enable robust operation in harsh industrial applications.

Silicon Labs Si86ISOLIN-KIT ISOLinearリファレンス設計は、アナログ信号絶縁を実装するための高額な絶縁アンプの代替となる完全・高性能製品を探し求めている設計者を対処としています。このリファレンス設計には、3種類のコスト/性能が最適化されたアナログ絶縁回路が採用されており、入力信号帯域幅100kHz（@12ビット分解能）～500kHz（@10ビット）に対応しています。3つの独立したリファレンス回路はそれぞれ、着信アナログ信号の変調を行い、結果のデジタル信号をSi86xxデジタルアイソレータを介して送信します。次に、結果の出力をフィルタリングし、アナログ入力信号を再構築します。ISOlinearリファレンス設計の中核は、150Mbps Si86xxデジタルアイソレータです。このボードには3つの3チャンネル絶縁型Si8630BD 5kVデジタルアイソレータ、5kV、2つのSi8630ED 5kV 3チャンネルアイソレータが含まれています。
