アナログ・デバイセズの AD7091R-2/AD7091R-4/AD7091R-8ファミリは、マルチチャンネルの12ビット、超低消費電力の逐次比較型A/Dコンバーター(ADC)です。2、4または8チャンネルのアナログ入力チャンネル オプションが選べます。AD7091R-2/AD7091R-4/AD7091R-8は、2.7V～5.25Vの単電源で動作し、1秒あたり1Mサンプル(MSPS)でサンプリングができます。AD7091R-2/AD7091R-4/AD7091R-8は広帯域幅のトラック&ホールド アンプを内蔵しており、1.5MHzを超える入力周波数に対応することができます。また、AD7091R-2/AD7091R-4/AD7091R-8は、オンチップ変換クロック、2.5Vの高精度オンチップ リファレンス、高速シリアル インターフェイスも提供します。
