Apex Microtechnology PA61 90V Power Operational Amplifiers
Apex Microtechnology PA61 90V Power Operational Amplifiers are high-output current operational amplifiers designed to drive resistive, inductive, and capacitive loads. The device's complementary emitter follower output stage is the simple Class C type and is optimized for low-frequency applications where crossover distortion is not critical. These offer a high 10A peak output current, low 3mA quiescent current, and ±10V to ±45V voltage supply range. These amplifiers are internally compensated for all gain settings.
The PA61 series has a hybrid product design. The PA61A is the A-grade version with enhanced performance in offset voltage, offset current, and bias current.
The PA61M is a high-reliability, non-compliant M grade suited to COTS-level circuits, while the PA61M/883 is the fully certified military-grade version that meets the rigorous demands of defense and aerospace operating environments.
Apex Microtechnology PA61 90V Power Operational Amplifiers come in an 8‐pin TO‐3 metal package that is electrically isolated and hermetically sealed. Typical applications include programmable power supplies, DC or AC power regulators, fixed frequency power oscillators, robotics, gimbal positioning, and more.
