Bourns CD-MBL表面実装ブリッジ整流器ダイオード

Bourns CD-MBLブリッジ整流器ダイオードには、卓越した高順方向電流および低順方向電圧が備わっており、電力アプリケーションにおける交流（AC）から直流（DC）への変換に最適です。 これらの機能によって、設計者は、コンパクトかつ高効率の設計要件を満たすことができ、より高い電流のアプリケーションに大きなダイオードを指定する必要がありません。 Bourns CD-MBLブリッジ整流器には、1A（CD-MBL1xx）または2A（CD-MBL2xx）の順方向電流、および一連の200V～1000V間の反復ピーク逆電圧が備わっています。

The compact size of the CD-MBL Surface Mount Bridge Rectifier Diodes make them well-suited for use in high-density board designs. These devices can also mount onto the bottom side of Printed Circuit Board Assemblies (PCBAs) where necessary. The Bourns chip diodes conform to JEDEC standards, are easy to handle on standard pick and place equipment, and a flat configuration minimizes roll-away.
