2.4" Thin-Film Transistor (TFT) LCD Modules

Newhaven Display 2.4" Thin-Film Transistor (TFT) Liquid Crystal Display Modules are premium high brightness 240 x 320 pixel TFT liquid crystal displays (LCDs). The LCD has a built-in ST7789Vi controller and has a transmissive/anti-glare display mode. A 3.1V at 100mA white LED backlight is included. The device works on a 3.3V power supply and has a 3- or 4-wire SPI interface. The LCD can produce 262K colors and includes an FFC ZIF I/O connection. The NHD-2.4-240320CF-BSXV-FT comes with a 4-wire resistive touch panel.
