GLS85LP PATA NANDrive™ Embedded SSDs

Greenliant GLS85LP PATA NANDrive™ Embedded Solid State Drives (SSDs) integrate Greenliant's industrial-grade ATA controller with one or more NAND flash dies in a small, multi-chip package. The PATA NANDrive is an ideal replacement for high-density parallel NOR flash, CompactFlash card, and PATA HDD designs that require smaller, higher security and more reliable data storage. It also can be seamlessly integrated into systems that do not have an ATA interface by connecting the device to a standard memory bus. The devices have the same 91-ball footprint with a 1mm ball pitch across all capacities for backward compatibility and are available in industrial temperatures (-40 to +85 degrees Celsius).
