onsemi AX8052F1xx is a single chip ultra low power RF Microcontroller used in the 400MHz to 470MHz and 800MHz to 940MHz bands. It is a highly integrated RF frequency synthesizer with ultra fast settling time for low power consumption. It contains a high-speed microcontroller, which is highly compatible with industry standards. AX8052F131 can be operated from a 2.2V to 3.6V power supply over a temperature range of -40°C to +85°C. onsemi AX8052F1xx is able to transmit data rates of up to 350kbps for FSK modulated data and up to 2000kbps for ASK or PSK modulated data.
