TPS3890/TPS3890-Q1高精度電圧スーパーバイザ

Texas Instruments TPS3890/TPS3890-Q1精密電圧スーパーバイザには低自己消費電流があり、最低1.15Vのシステム電圧を監視できます。このデバイスは、SENSE電圧が現在の閾値を下回ったとき、あるいはマニュアルリセット（MR）ピンがロジック低になると、オープンドレインRESET信号が確立されます。 RESET出力は、SENSE電圧とマニュアルリセット（MR）がそれぞれの閾値以上を返すと、ユーザ調整可能な遅延時間向けに「低」に留められます。 TPS3890/TPS3890-Q1ファミリには高精度リファレンスが使用されており、1%閾値精度を達成しています。 このリセット遅延時間は、外付けコンデンサにCT端子を接続することで、40µsおよび30sの間でユーザーによる調整が可能です。 TPS3890/TPS3890-Q1には非常に低い自己消費電流2.1µAがあり、小型1.5mm×1.5mmパッケージでご用意があります。これによって、このデバイスはバッテリ給電のスペースに制約のあるアプリケーションに最適です。 このデバイスは、–40°C～+125°C（TJ）の温度範囲で指定されています。 TPS3890-Q1デバイスは、車載用アプリケーションを対象としたAEC-Q100認定を受けています。
