MPQ2286 Synchronous Buck Regulators

Monolithic Power Systems (MPS) MPQ2286 Synchronous Buck Regulators are high-frequency regulators with integrated internal High-Side and Low-Side MOSFETs (HS-FETs and LS-FETs). These regulators feature configurable 2MHz to 4MHz switching frequency (f_SW) during Forced Continuous Conduction Mode (FCCM). The MPQ2286 regulators also feature Over-Current Protection (OCP), Short Circuit Protection (SCP), output Over-Voltage Protection (OVP), thermal warning, and over-temperature shutdown. These regulators operate from a 2.7V to 6V input voltage and provide a 12A output current with fixed-frequency, zero-delay PWM control for an optimal transient response.
