The Vishay Semiconductor high-performance SMD LED comes in PLCC-2 and 0603 packaging styles. The Vishay Semiconductor 0603 SMD LED uses high-efficiency InGaN technology to provide exceptional brightness in a compact footprint. The 0603 SMD LED has dimensions of 1.6 mm x 0.8 mm x 0.6 mm for smaller products that provide high performance and high design flexibility. The Vishay Semiconductor PLCC-2 SMD LED offers highly efficient InGaN technology at a lower cost than standard InGaN LEDs. PLCC-2 LEDs offer a 60° angle of half-intensity, a high luminous intensity ranging from 45 mcd to 112 mcd, and an ESD-withstand voltage up to 2 kV.
