CMJA5050 Current Limiting Diodes

Central Semiconductor CMJA5050 Current Limiting Diodes (CLDs) are developed to adjust current regulation from 50mA to 80mA. These diodes operate at -65°C to +150°C temperature range and provide 50V of peak operating voltage. The CMJA5050 diodes are used in applications such as LED lighting and displays, AC lighting panels, negative temperature coefficient for LED protection, and measurement equipment.
