3.5" TFT LCD Modules

4D LCD 3.5" TFT LCD Modules are color active matrix LCD modules integrating an amorphous silicon thin-film transistor. These LCD modules include a color TFT-LCD panel, driver IC, FPC, and a backlight unit. Options available include with or without a Resistive/Capacitive Touch Panel (RTP or CTP) and with or without Cover Lens Bezel (CLB). The 3.5" LCD modules' display area contains 320 x 480 pixels. These LCD modules are RoHS compliant and operate within the -20°C to 70°C temperature range.
