M453 CAN Series 32-bit Microcontrollers (MCUs)

Nuvoton NuMicro^® M453 CAN Series 32-bit Microcontrollers (MCUs) are embedded with the Arm^® Cortex^®-M4 core with DSP and FPU. These MCUs provide a 22.1184MHz internal oscillator (1% accuracy at 25°C, 5V), data Flash configurable, and high immunity (8kV ESD, 4kV EFT). The M453 CAN series MCUs feature 256KB Flash memory, 32KB SRAM, 12-bit ADC (up to 16 channels), 12-bit DAC, and 16-bit PWM (up to 12 channels). These MCUs include up to five UARTs, up to three SPIs, and up to two I²S interfaces. The M453 CAN series MCUs are used in industrial automation, PLCs, inverters, home automation, USB accessories, motor control, and smart card reader applications.
