Bourns CDDFN2-TxxC Bidirectional TVS Diodes

Bourns has expanded its TVS Diode lines to include CDDFN2-TxxC Bidirectional TVS Diodes. The Bourns CDDFN2-TxxC Bidirectional TVS Diodes are available in a DFN-2 package and is intended to be mounted directly onto an FR4 printed circuit board. The 0402 sized SMT TVS Diodes are now available in 3.3V, 5V, 12V, and 24V options to provide ESD protection >15 kV and targets general purpose applications such as power pin lines, computers, peripherals, communication systems, audio and video equipment, and portable instrumentation.
