KYOCERA AVX 00-9159 Open-Ended Card Edge Connectors offers the highest density design to reliably connect two in-line PCBs. The plastic end walls are removed in the 00-9159 Series to minimize the length. The high density design features 1.0mm in length for each number of contacts (4p = 4.0mm). Double-ended/double-sided contacts increase pin count density on standard 1.6mm thick PCBs. The greater pin count gives designers more flexibility in mixing and matching power and signal lines. The series is available with contact sizes of 4, 6, 8, and 10 positions. The series' current rating is 3A for the 4-position and 6-position versions, and 2.5A for the 8-position and 10-position versions. KYOCERA AVX 00-9159 Open-Ended Card Edge Connectors are well-suited for linear LED strip lighting and commercial/industrial co-planar or extended card applications.
