Nexperiaホットスワップとソフトスタート用ASFETは、SOAを強化し低RDS(on)機能を実現した単一機器であり、常時ON稼働状態向けに最適化されています。Nexperia ASFETは、常時ON状態で稼働するラックベースのコンピュータ、通信、ストレージシステムを電源の中断や部品の障害から守ります。これらが搭載された交換用ボードを稼働中のシステムに差し込むと、精密に制御された突入電流の影響を受けるようになります。
