AQD-D4U8GN21-SG Unbuffered DIMM

Advantech AQD-D4U8GN21-SG UDIMM is a DDR4 unbuffered Dual In-line Memory Module (DIMM). This DIMM is a high-speed and low-power memory module with power supply voltage of 1.2V ± 0.06V. The AQD-D4U8GN21-SG UDIMM uses 512Mx8 DDR4 SDRAM in an FBGA package and 4Kb serial EEPROM on a 288-pin PCB. This module is RoHS compliant and can be used for a variety of high-bandwidth and high-performance memory system applications. Other features include asynchronous reset, on DIMM thermal sensor, 1.2V ± 0.06V VDDQ, and 1067MHz clock frequency for 2133Mb/s/pin.
