US5683 Unipolar Hall Switches

Melexis US5683 Unipolar Hall Switches are high sensitivity CMOS switches with a 3.5 to 24V operating voltage range. US5683 integrates a voltage regulator, Hall sensor with advanced Correlated Double Sampling (CDS) offset cancellation system, and an open-drain output driver. This Melexis hall switch series includes a chopper-stabilized amplifier stage. US5683 is ideal for use in automotive and solid state switch applications.
