Taiwan Semiconductor RS3xB 3A Fast Recovery Rectifiers come in a DO-214AA (SMB) package with glass passivated junction chip. These rectifiers have low reverse leakage and are ideal for automated placement. These Taiwan Semiconductor rectifiers have a UL 94V-0 flammability rating and come with matte tin-plated leads that are solderable per J-STD-002. These rectifiers are RoHS compliant and halogen-free.
