TPS3840/TPS3840-Q1 Nanopower電圧スーパーバイザ

Texas Instruments TPS3840/TPS3840-Q1 Nanopower高入力電圧監視装置には、広いVinが備わっており、外付け部品を使用せずに9Vレールまたはバッテリを監視でき、外付けレジスタを使用して24Vレールを監視できます。Nano-Iqは、低消費電力アプリケーション向けに電池寿命を延長し、外付けレジスタを使用する際の電流消費を最小限に抑えます。高速起動遅延を使用すると、残りのシステムが電力投入される前に電圧障害を検出できるようになり、危険な起動障害状態での最大限の安全性を実現できます。低パワーオンリセット（VPOR）は、誤ったリセット、次のデバイスの早期の有効化や電源オンを防止し、電源投入・電源遮断時の適切なトランジスタ制御を実現します。
