These glass-passivated devices feature a low forward voltage drop, high surge current capability, low switching losses, and high efficiency. The UF4005 Rectifiers have a 600V maximum repetitive peak reverse voltage, a 420V maximum RMS voltage, a 600V maximum DC blocking voltage, and a 75ns maximum recovery time.
