Mini-Circuits TAV2-14LN+ MMIC (Monolithic Microwave Integrated Circuit) E-PHEMT (Enhancement-Mode Pseudomorphic-High-Electron-Mobility-Transistor) Transistor has an operating frequency range from 0.05GHz to 10.0GHz. The 50Ω transistor combines high gain with extremely low noise figure (NF), resulting in lower overall system noise.
