These devices have a V-Chip SMT mounting style and deliver 2000 hours to 5000 hours of service life at +105°C. They offer a capacitance range of 6.8µF to 1200µF with ±20% capacitance tolerance. The series has an operating temperature range of -55°C to +105°C.
