UltraCMOS RF Switches are HaRP™ technology devices designed for various switching applications, spanning multiple markets, including wireless infrastructure, broadband, and wireless connectivity. pSemi switch ICs cover frequency ranges from 0Hz to 60GHz and temperature ranges from -55°C to +125°C.
