Diodes Incorporated GDZxxLP3ツェナーダイオード
Diodes Incorporated GDZxxLP3シリーズは、超小型表面実装ツェナーダイオードです。これらのダイオードは、公称のツェナー電圧の範囲が2.7Vから24Vです。GDZxxLP3ダイオードは漏洩電流が低く、バッテリ駆動アプリケーションに適しています。これらのツェナーダイオードは、-55°C～150°Cの温度範囲で動作します。また、J-STD-020規格に準じた感湿性レベル1を満たしています。
