MAX803/MAX809/MAX810 MPUリセット回路IC

Maxim MAX803/MAX809/MAX810マイクロプロセッサリセット回路ICは、µPおよびデジタルシステムで電源を監視するために使用されます。これらのデバイスは、+5V、+3.3V、+3.0V、または+2.5V給電回路で使用される際に外付け部品と調整を排除することで、優れた電流信頼性および低コストを実現しています。これらの回路は、単一の機能を実行します。それらは、V_CC供給電圧がプリセット閾値を下回る時はいつでも、リセット信号をアサートします。これによって、V_CCがリセット閾値を上回った後も少なくとも140msはアサートされた状態を保ちます。さまざまな供給電圧での動作に適したリセット閾値が利用可能です。 MAX803にはオープンドレイン出力段がある一方、MAX809/MAX810にはプッシュ-プル出力があります。 MAX803のオープンドレインアクティブローRESET出力には、V_CC以上の電圧に接続できるプルアップレジスタが必要です。 MAX803/MAX809にはアクティブローRESET出力がある一方、MAX810にはアクティブハイRESET出力があります。
