Diodes Incorporated ZXTN6xMA Low Saturation Transistors feature low equivalent on-resistance along with low saturation voltage. The Diodes Incorporated ZXTN617MA 15V NPN transistor is ideal for DC-DC converter, charging circuit, motor control, and power switch applications. The ZXTN618MA 20V NPN transistor is optimized for use in (DC-DC converter (FET driver), power switch, motor control, and LED backlighting applications.
