InfiniiVision 2000 X-Series Oscilloscopes

Keysight Technologies InfiniiVision 2000 X-Series Oscilloscopes are mixed-signal oscilloscopes with four analog and eight digital channels and a 200MHz bandwidth. These oscilloscopes offer superior entry-level performance and optional capabilities not available on any other oscilloscope in class. The X-Series oscilloscopes perform 23 automated measurements, such as voltage, time, and frequency, as well as five waveform functions, including add, subtract, multiply, divide, and FFT. These oscilloscopes feature an 8.5" WVGA display with 64 levels of intensity grading, providing 50% more viewing area with 3.5 times the resolution (WVGA 800 x 480 versus 7-inch WQVGA 480 x 234).
