Aratas G3VM MOSFET Relays
Aratas G3VM MOSFET Relays feature performance, size, and characteristics that are ideally suited for a variety of industries. The applications include automated test equipment, medical equipment, instrumentation, security equipment, automated meter reading, automotive diagnostic equipment, and communications. Aratas G3VM MOSFET Relays are available in one- and two-pole configurations with PCB, SMT, DIP, SOP, SSOP, or USOP packaging. Aratas offers general-purpose models and other relay options, including models that feature current limiting, a high dielectric strength between input and output, normally open and normally closed contact forms, low ON-resistance, high continuous load current, low capacity between terminals, high voltage and current load handling, and high-speed switching.
