Renesas Electronics 853S01I 2:1 Differential-to-LVPECL Multiplexer

Renesas Electronics 853S01I is designed as a high-performance 2:1 Differential-to-LVPECL Multiplexer. The 853S01I performs differential translation through differential inputs that accept LVPECL and LVDS levels. The device translates LVCMOS/LVTTL input signals to LVPECL levels using a resistor bias network on nPCLKx and nPCLKx. This high-performance 2:1 Differential-to-LVPECL Multiplexer provides a part-to-part skew of 150ps (maximum) with a propagation delay of 490ps (maximum) using a full 3.3V or 2.5V operating supply. Available in a small 3mm x 3mm 16 VFQFN package, the Renesas Electronics 853S01I is ideal for use on space-constrained boards.
