OptiLamp™ LEDs

Cree LED OptiLamp™ LEDs feature technology that directly integrates driver and control intelligence into each LED pixel. These LEDs are built on patented Cree LED technology, delivering high image quality with a streamlined system architecture and minimized power consumption. Unlike conventional LED displays that need external driver ICs and multiplexing, the OptiLamp series uses embedded intelligence. The devices actively manage output and health at the pixel level, inside the LED package. This setup enables lighter and thinner displays that are more reliable while reducing manufacturing complexity, material costs, and maintenance. Cree LED OptiLamp LEDs are designed to provide true 1/1 scan operation, enhanced brightness, and precise pixel-level control, eliminating image tearing, scan lines, and synchronization artifacts. These LEDs are suitable for both live viewing and on-camera applications.
