RE Chip Resistors

Vishay / Barry Industries RE Chip Resistors offer a 5W or 8W power rating and a wide operating temperature range of -55°C to +150°C. These chip resistors feature a wraparound design with extended mounting pads and a solder attachment. Construction for these resistors is either thick film on BeO or thick film on AIN, depending on the model. Vishay / Barry Industries RE Chip Resistors offer a 5% resistor tolerance and a maximum resistance rating of 1KΩ.
