PS508 & PS509 36V Analog Multiplexers

Diodes Inc PS508 and PS509 36V Analog Multiplexers provide low on and off leakage currents, allowing signals to switch from high input impedance sources with minimal error. The PS508 and PS509 also feature a low supply current of 135µA, enabling use in portable applications.
