Infineon Technologies CIPOS™ Maxi integrates various power and control components to increase reliability, and optimize PCB size and system costs. These devices are designed to control three-phase AC motors and permanent magnet motors in variable speed drive applications. These applications include low-power motor drives (GPI, Servo drives), pumps, fan drives, and active filters for HVAC.
