Maxim MAX17620同期整流ステップダウンDC-DCコンバータは、高周波数、高効率の同期整流ステップダウンDC-DCコンバータです。2.7V～5.5Vの入力電圧範囲全体で動作する統合MOSFETが搭載されています。最大600mAの負荷電流、および1.5V～100% VINの出力電圧に対応しています。高周波動作によって、小型、低コストのインダクタおよびコンデンサを使用することができます。
このデバイスは、軽負荷時にPWM/スキップ動作モードの選択が可能で、PWMモードでは4MHzの固定周波数で動作します。スキップモードは軽負荷時のシステムの効率を向上させています。PWMモードは全負荷にわたって一定のスイッチング周波数を維持します。スキップモードでは、デバイスの電源入力からの自己消費電流はわずか40µAです。シャットダウンモードでは、消費電流は0.1µAに低減されます。
