正確な基準出力を備えたAnalog DevicesのADCMP396クワッドコンパレータは、汎用アプリケーションでの使用に最適のクワッドなレールツーレール入力の低電源コンパレータとして提供されます。ADCMP396は、2.3V～5.5Vの供給電圧で動作し、消費電流は最少限で、1.61μAの供給電流のみを消費します。低電圧かつ低電流の操作で、ADCMP396はバッテリ駆動システムに理想的です。ADCMP396には、1V±0.9%のバッファ基準電圧が内蔵されています。基準電圧出力は、正電圧の精密な監視と検出用に トリップ値として使用するために、コンパレータ入力に直接接続できるように設計されています。また、負電圧の監視時にオフセットとしても動作させることができます。ADCMP396は、コモンモード入力電圧範囲、フルコモンモード範囲にわたって標準1mVのオフセット電圧、UVLOモニターを特徴としています。さらにコンパレータの設計は電力投入時に定義された出力状態を可能にします。コンパレータは、供給電圧はUVLO閾値以下にも関わらず、論理的な低出力を生成します。ADCMP396は、16ピンのナローボディSOICパッケージでご購入いただけます。また、−40°C～+125°Cの拡張温度範囲で動作するように規定されています。

The ADCMP396 features a common-mode input voltage range of 200mV beyond rails, an offset voltage of 1mV typical across the full common-mode range, and a UVLO monitor. In addition, the design of the comparator allows a defined output state upon power-up. The comparator generates a logic low output while the supply voltage is less than the UVLO threshold. The ADCMP396 is available in a 16-lead narrow-body SOIC package, and it is specified to operate over the −40°C to +125°C extended temperature range.
