Diodes Incorporated AP734x Dual Low Dropout Regulators

Diodes Inc. AP734x Dual Low Dropout Regulators have a high output voltage accuracy, low R_DSON, high PSRR, low output noise and low quiescent current. They are based on a CMOS process. Each regulator includes a voltage reference, error amplifier, current limit circuit and an enable input to turn on/off output. With the integrated resistor network, fixed output voltage versions can be delivered. The AP7343Q regulators are automotive compliant regulators that deliver up to 300mA output current. These AP7343Q regulators come with an integrated resistor network that provides fixed output voltage versions.
