Diodes Incorporated AZ1117I Low Dropout Linear Regulators

Diodes Inc. AZ1117I Low Dropout Linear Regulators are available in an industrial temperature range. The AZ1117I are optimized for low voltage where transient response and minimum input voltage are critical. They provide current limit, thermal shutdown and the circuit includes a trimmed bandgap reference to assure output voltage accuracy to be within ±1%.

  • Output noise from 10Hz to 10KHz: 0.003% of VOUT
  • PSRR at IOUT = 300mA and f = 120Hz: 70dB
  • Output voltage accuracy of ±1% (Except 1.2V version)

  • Maximum quiescent current of IQMAX = 6mA
  • Compatible with low ESR ceramic capacitor
