Diodes Inc. DGD21x高電圧・高速ゲートドライバは、ハーフブリッジおよびフルブリッジ構成において、パワーMOSFETとIGBTを簡単に切り替えます。 DGD21xは、ハイサイドおよびローサイドの出力駆動能力が特徴です。 これらのドライバには、シンプルなロジックレベル入力があり、コントローラとパワーMOSFET/IGBTスイッチ間の簡単なインターフェース接続を実現しています。 DGD21xは、電源、モータドライブ、DC-DCインバータで使用される高電圧レールでの動作が可能になる浮動ハイサイドドライバを使用して最大600Vに対応しています。

- Schmitt triggered logic inputs with internal pull-down
- Undervoltage lockout for high and low-side drivers
- -40°C to +125°C extended temperature range
- Totally lead-free and fully RoHS compliant
