Diotec Semiconductor BAS316WS SMD Small Signal Diodes
Diotec Semiconductor BAS316WS SMD Small Signal Diodes are housed in a space-saving SOD-323 package that measures 1.7mm by 1.25mm. The Diotec Semiconductor BAS316WS offers a reverse DC voltage rating of 100V. The device has an average forward current of 250mA and a forward surge current of up to 4A at 1µs pulse duration. The diode is fully AEC-Q101 qualified and ideal for automotive heating controls or similar applications with high requirements on voltage rating and forward surge current at short pulses.
