TPSMA6L diodes with the -AQ suffix are AEC-Q101 qualified. These TPSMA6L diodes feature a very fast response time and are compliant with RoHS, REACH, and conflict minerals. Diotec Semiconductor TPSMA6L TVS Diodes are suitable for over-voltage protection, ESD protection, free-wheeling diodes, commercial/industrial, and automotive-grade applications.
