ebm-papst XICATO PG1W Active Cooling Fan Modules offer thermal capabilities superior to passive heat sinks. The modules can improve performance and significantly reduce the size of the lighting fixture. Active cooling technology dissipates heat directly from the core of the modules, allowing for less thermal resistance. These devices provide a lifetime greater than 87,500 hours at +40°C, far exceeding the 50,000 hour standard for existing technology.
