ECS ECS-TXO-TX20CSMV4 MultiVolt™ TCXOs
ECS ECS-TXO-TX20CSMV4 MultiVolt™ Temperature Compensated Crystal Oscillators (TCXO) provide a MultiVolt capability of 1.7V to 3.6V and use analog compensation for stability-critical applications. These clipped sine wave SMD TCXOs are compatible with a 1.8V, 2.5V, or 3.3V power supply and offer a 10MHz to 52MHz frequency range, 10KΩ/10pF output load, ±1ppm frequency tolerance, and ±0.5ppm or ±1.5ppm frequency stability. The ECS ECS-TXO-TX20CSMV4 MultiVolt series operates in a temperature range of -30°C or -40°C to +85°C. The 2mm x 1.6mm x 0.8mm ceramic package is lead free and RoHS compliant.
