igus ReBeL® Cobots
igus ReBeL® Cobots are collaborative robots engineered to work alongside and assist humans in performing tasks. These tasks can range from repetitive actions to high-precision operations. The Robotic embedded BLDC and electronics Link (ReBeL) cobots are compact and lightweight in design, making them suitable for assembly tasks, quality inspection tasks, and service areas. The ReBel cobots feature many variants, including ReBel KID, ReBel 4 DOF, ReBel 5 DOF, and ReBel 6 DOF. These cobots are equipped with sensors, cameras, and advanced software to ensure safety, flexibility, and adaptability in various environments. The ReBel cobots utilize force-limiting technology, making them safe to use without protective cages. Typical applications include pick and place tasks, service robotics, machine tending, healthcare, catering and restaurant automation, quality control, and university and school educational training.ReBeL® RL-SE Fully Integrated Strain Wave Gears
ReBeL® RL-SE are fully integrated individual gearboxes with motors, control systems, and encoders. These gearboxes are durable, cost-effective, and lubrication-free. The ReBeL RL-SE gearboxes feature a brushless DC motor (external rotor), CAN-BUS motor driver board, and output with encoder and mounting flange. These gearboxes help implement a wide variety of cobot concepts quickly and operate within the 5°C to 40°C temperature range.
