Infineon Technologies CY14V101 1-MBクワッドSPI NVSRAM

Cypress Semiconductor CY14V101 1-Mbit（128K × 8）クワッドSPI NVSRAMは、QPIインターフェースを用いて1-Mbit NVSRAMを結合します。 QPIによって、特定のオペコードを使用して、シングル（クロックサイクルあたり1ビットの1つのI/Oチャンネル）、デュアル（クロックサイクルあたり2ビットの2つのI/Oチャンネル）、またはクワッド（クロックサイクルあたり4ビットの4つのI/Oチャンネル）のいずれかで、メモリの書込と読取が可能です。 このメモリは、SRAMおよび不揮発性SONOS FLASH Quantum Trapセルで構成された128Kバイトとして編成されています。 このSRAMによって、無限の読取および書出サイクルが実現していると同時に、不揮発性セルはデータのストレージを実現しています。 SRAMから不揮発性セルへのデータ転送（STORE動作）は、パワーダウン時に自動的に行われます。 パワーアップ時に、データは、不揮発性セルからSRAMに復元されます（RECALL動作）。 また、SPI命令を使用し、STOREおよびRECALL操作を開始することもできます。
