マキシムのMAX11905シングルチャンネルA/Dコンバーター(ADC)は、リファレンス バッファー内蔵の20ビット、1.6Msps、シングル チャンネルの完全差動SAR ADCです。MAX11905は、スループットに正比例するクラス最少の消費電力で、優れた静的および動的な性能を発揮します。このデバイスは、ユニポーラ差動±VREF入力範囲を提供します。供給電源には、リファレンス バッファー用3.3V電源、1.8Vアナログ電源、1.8Vデジタル電源、1.5V～3.6Vデジタル インターフェイス電源があります。このADCは、98.3dBのSN比と-123dBのTHDを実現し、20ビットの分解能でノーミッシング コード、6LSB(最大)のINLを保証します。MAX11905は、SPI互換シリアル インターフェイスを使用してデータ通信を行います。
