Micro Commercial Components (MCC) FRED Power Modules
Micro Commercial Components FRED Power Modules feature soft reverse recovery characteristics and ultrafast reverse recovery times. The FRED Modules also offer low reverse recovery loss, low forward voltage, and a high surge current capability. These modules are packaged in a low inductance package and operate in a -40°C to +150°C temperature range.
