Microchip AT21CS11 1KbシリアルEEPROMは、信号ピンからエネルギーを収集してコンシューマーアプリケーションや工業アプリケーションに使用する集積回路に電力を供給する2ピンメモリ（SI/O信号と接地）です。AT21CS11には単線式バスが活用されており、デバイスへのアクセスにはSI/OとGNDの2本のピンのみ必要です。SI/O信号は、データと電力線の組み合わせであり、寄生電力方式によるデバイスへの電力を供給を実現しています。
Microchip Technology AT21CS11 1Kb Serial EEPROM is available in 8-pin SOIC (150 mil), 3-pin SOT23, 2-pad XSFN, and 4-ball Thin CSP packages.
