Molex Mini-Fit®ブラインドメイトインターフェース（BMI）コネクタ

Molex Mini-Fit® BMIコネクタを使用するとミスアライメントが可能であり、簡単なブラインドメイトコネクタの嵌合表面の間で最大2.54mmの「浮動」を実現します。さらにコネクタはMini-Fit Jr.および高電流Mini-Fit Plusメス/オス圧着端子を活用しており、最大9.0Aまたは13.0Aに対応しています。多くのオプションが提供されています。例: スルーホール、プレスフィットまたはSMCヘッダ、錫または金端子、製造の変化するニーズに対応するための複数の樹脂のオプション。

特徴

  • Self-aligning, blind mating interface where the panel mount housings are allowed to “float” within the panel cutout
  • Polarizing retention pegs on headers ensure proper orientation on the PCB and then holds position during solder processing
  • Polarized plug and receptacle housing geometries ensure the blind mate plugs and receptacles cannot be installed upside down in the panel cutouts
  • Available in WTW, WTB, and BTB configurations
  • Plugs, receptacles, and headers compatible with Mini-Fit® Plus terminals
  • Through-hole, press-fit, and SMC manufacturing options
  • Fully isolated header pins and plug/receptacle terminals protect contacts against potential damage during handling and mating
