Monolithic Power Systems (MPS) MP6508A 2.7V to 18V Bipolar Stepper Motor Drivers

Monolithic Power Systems (MPS) MP6508A 2.7V to 18V Bipolar Stepper Motor Drivers feature dual built-in full-bridges with N-channel power MOSFETs. The Monolithic Power Systems (MPS) MP6508A drivers operate between a 2.7V and 18V input voltage and are capable of delivering up to 1.2A per channel. Safety features include over-current protection (OCP), under-voltage lockout (UVLO), and thermal shutdown. The devices offer a fault output flag indicating OCP and thermal shutdown events. The MP6508A comes in a QFN-16 (3mm x 3mm) package with an exposed thermal pad on the backside.
